Unsurprisingly over the last five years we’ve been asked increasingly to design home offices and this one from our South Kensington project has to be one of our favourites.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Flooded with lots of gorgeous light, this room makes the perfect study. Like in the rest of the apartment we installed raised and fielded moulding panels and the elegant bordered oak herringbone floor. But our favourite feature of this room has to be the bespoke joinery that we designed to wrap around the door. Backed with hand finished antique mirror, which helps to reflect light back into the space but also adds more depth to this bijoux room 🤍

The bathroom of our South Kensington project is proof that some of the best things come in small packages. When working in a tight space, particularly a bathroom it’s essential you make use of every last cm. We recessed the nickel framed medicine cabinet to sit flush with the wall to avoid anything protruding out into the room. We also went full width with the niche behind the bath to help open up the space 🤍

Next up in our room reveals of our South Kensington project is the primary bedroom. Our client wanted a calm and elegant space to relax in. With the same generously proportioned ceilings of the living area we wanted a pendant to draw the eye, so we sourced this beautiful antique chandelier as the foundation for the design. We love the delicate crystals and really leant into this femininity for the rest of the scheme. Layers of soft silks and chenilles make this room incredibly tactile and inviting 🤍
